She has been missing the Divine Dance because
she has been too busy dancing for
men and princes to notice the King.
9:59 AM
You are unfulfilled because God did not create you to dance for this world.
He intended for you to dance for Him.
Dancing is a form of worship,
and He wants you to worship Him.
9:58 AM
God designed you to glorify Himself.
He designed the Divine Dance so others may see your life
and want to glorify Him, too.
9:58 AM
You were born with feet that dance and a heart that hear rhythm,
so you have to dance for someone. You cant help yourself.
9:58 AM
God wants to use you in the world for His glory,
but first He must take the world out of you.
9:57 AM
The music starts and He begins to dance.
And as you watch Him, you hear the words
to the music for the first time:
For even the Son of Man did not come
to be served, but to serve,
and to give His life a ransom for many.
Thats it. Thats the difference.
This dance is not about you.
This dance, this Divine Dance,
is Gods way of drawing people to Himself.
9:56 AM
When we no longer know who we are
and we have come to a place where
we can drown out all the world is
saying, then we can hear God’s gentle
voice as He whispers in our ears and
tells us who we are.
9:55 AM
God likes to use somewhat indirect routes
to take us to where He wants us to be-
at times He may teach us steps that don’t
seems to fit with the choreography He’s
already been teaching us. We don’t always
realize our gifts and our passions right away;
sometimes they are unmasked through the
events of our lives, through steps that
don’t seems to fit
9:55 AM
The things you are passionate about are
usually an obvious clue to help you discern
God’s will. Figuring out how He wants
you to use those passions can get kind of tricky.
9:55 AM
You will be able to move mountains if you can move people,
and you can move people if you know how to touch their hearts.
9:54 AM
It starts with a single step, a mere flirtation
with the world’s ways, really, and before you knew it,
the show is over and the dancer is a mess.
9:53 AM
When it comes to dealing with other Christians,
oftentimes we find ourselves not loving each other-
but shoving each other right off of the stage.
9:53 AM
Flying elbows are a cry for attention.
They are a broken heart’s way of saying,
“Look at me; I’m special too.”
9:52 AM
Each song has high notes and low notes,
and no matter what, the dance goes on.
9:51 AM
We all need balcony people in our lives.
You know the ones I am talking bout-
the people who sit in the balconies of our lives
and cheer us on as we dance for God.
9:51 AM
Even when the outward applause isn’t audible, it is still there.
Sometimes the things we dance the hardest for
are things that we have had all along.
9:50 AM
As a daughter of the King, you are expected
to dress and act like a princess at all times-
not just on Sunday mornings
when you find yourself within the palace walls.
9:50 AM
The way you dress, the way you act, and the way you talk
have everything to do with your walk with the Lord
because your outward appearance is a reflection
of the inward state of your heart.
9:49 AM
Look for someone who holds you in such high regard
that your purity is a priority in his life.
9:49 AM
But if your heart is set on serving God,
and somebody falls in love with God inside of you,
he will continue to love you forever
because God will reside in you forever.
9:48 AM
You are part of God’s divine plan, and He has a purpose for you.
The stage of your life has been set just to His liking.
The costumes are perfect, the backdrop is just as He planned,
and the audience that needs to be ministered to is in place.
The only question left is:
Is the dancer ready?
9:48 AM
It’s time that you emerge from the shadows.
Enough with dress rehearsals and pipe dreams-
it’s time to dance
9:47 AM
Those of us who have known God’s love for a lifetime
should be more than willing to dance
with those who are just now learning of
God’s love and compassion.
9:47 AM
Overtime, I had gotten so busy dancing for God that I had forgotten to dance with God.
9:28 AM
When you dance with God,
He will do things both in and through
you that you have never thought you could do
He will do things He isn’t doing in and
through anyone else. And when you dance for
Him alone, he will clap louder than any
audience you have ever heard
